Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. Home delivery and pick & drop are offered within our service radius, subject to availability.
Wallet credits and cashback are non-transferable, non-refundable to cash, and may expire after 12 months. Cashback is credited after successful settlement of the linked bill.
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the reserved time. Payment refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
Do not abuse, spam, or attempt to defraud the app or our staff. Accounts found to be misused may be suspended.
We make best efforts to provide reliable service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from app downtime, third-party failures, or delivery delays beyond our control.
