1. Information we collect

Mehar’s Delicacy collects only the information needed to deliver our hospitality, ordering, and reservation services:

• Name, phone number, date of birth and anniversary (for greetings and loyalty rewards)
• Address and pickup location (only when you book delivery or pick & drop)
• Order, booking and payment history
• Device information for OTP verification and fraud prevention

2. How we use it

Your data is used to confirm reservations, process orders, deliver food and cabs, credit cashback, send transactional updates and birthday/anniversary offers. We never sell your data.

3. Third parties

We use trusted partners to operate the app:

• Twilio for SMS OTP delivery
• Razorpay for secure payment processing
• Google Maps for cab and delivery navigation

4. Your rights

You can request data export or deletion at any time by writing to hello@meharsdelicacy.com. We respond within 7 working days.

5. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
